Marilyn Steele runs M & M Title. I met her about 18 years ago through
committee service in the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.
We worked on a number of committees together and got to know and like each
other.
Every closing I’ve had with M & M has gone without a hitch or complication.
She has even arranged some closings in my company's conference room.
There are 2 things
that are unique about her company, 1), there are 8 females and 1 male working there and
2), they give out M&M’s at each closing. They are all very nice people to
boot.
There is also something very special about Marilyn. While she has a
real estate license, she is not an "active salesperson". However because
of her exemplary service to and for the business of real estate, Marilyn was
selected the 1996 Associate of the Year for the Florida Association of
Realtors. Now that is really special.
Marilyn roller blades for exercise and enjoys deep-sea fishing. In
addition to all this, she is a very special lady.
